NSWC (NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER) - Crane Division
Building #1 Renovation
Project consisted of renovation of the first floor, including
a new VAV air delivery system with hot water reheat and a new air-cooled chiller. Lighting upgrades throughout the building were also
included in the scope.
Building #2713 Parking Lot Lighting
New site lighting for Bldg. 2712 parking consisting of (3) 40 ft. steel
poles w/multiple 1000 watt MH fixtures, underground 4160V electricals to pad and pole mount transformers, and distribution panels
for convenience outlets for vehicle maintenance.
Building #3291 Renovation
New 4-pipe air handler with steam humidification for humidity
control and lighting rework.
Building #2713 Renovation
MEP design included new makeup air and exhaust system for light engine and
heavy diesel vehicle repair and maintenance facility. New lighting and electrical for the office area was also included in the scope.
Fiber Optics Security System
New fiber optic cabling both underground and aerial on existing pole line for Electronic Sensor System.
Network terminated at Bldg 10 and extended to numerous buildings throughout the Crane site.
