21,600 s.f. pre-engineered metal building used as a recreational facility, including a gymnasium, fitness center, multi-purpose rooms, offices, and a day care center.  An energy efficient geothermal heat pump system was designed and installed, including 70 wells feeding 13 separate zones in the building.  Outside air introduced through ERV units at each heat pump.

 

Heinz Associates designed all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.  Project utilized the design-build delivery method with Seufert Construction, Inc. as the primary contractor.  Completed in 2011.
