WEST BADEN SPRINGS HOTEL - West Baden, IN
Listed as a National Historic Landmark (the highest designation for a historic building by
the National Park Service) the West Baden Springs Hotel boasts a history of over 100 years and visits by some of the most famous (and
notorius) people in the country. After three quarters of a century in operation followed by several years of neglect, the opportunity
to restore a unique treasure presented itself to the Indiana Historic Landmarks Foundation and several financeers in the region.

Associates is proud to have participated in this enormous project, contributing mechanical, electrical, lighting, and plumbing design
that meets the strict guidelines of the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Restoration, allowing for federal tax credits. This
$97,000,000 project was completed in 2006 and the hotel remains open today for guests and gawkers from around the country, offering
232 guest rooms, a retail concourse, restaurants, bars, a spa, natatorium and a massive atrium capped by a steel dome spanning 200
feet - the largest dome of its kind in the world.
