MEP and Civil design for expansion of major medical device manufacturing and testing facility.
Core and shell completed in 2006. Phased interior build-out currently in progress. Building contains sterile environments
and must constantly meet strict regulations related to the specific use. Hazardous material storage and ventilation are also
included in the scope of work for this facility. Our client continues to consult with us regarding upgrades for energy savings
as well as expansion and renovation of many Cook facilities throughout the country.
